Exhaustion is the the sound of the last gasps of the world as processes come to satisfaction, fall into lassitude, and die. Exhaustion is the admission by the life-long activist that they cannot possibly take another step... before the world presents another lure, calling them forth to renew a struggle. Exhaustion is that place where virulent capitalist process want you - because exhaustion is not death, it is just containment, the end of creativity. Exhaustion is predictability, the death of chance, the overload of communication, the promises with words but not actions.
